In this context, the aim of this project was to develop a comprehensive methodology to calculate a <strong data-start=\"311\" data-end=\"334\">Happiness Indicator<\/strong> specific to the <em data-start=\"351\" data-end=\"375\">Estrela Parish Council<\/em> in Lisbon, integrating both objective data and subjective perceptions collected through a population survey.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"486\" data-end=\"988\">A total of 400 residents across 18 areas of the parish were surveyed, allowing for the assessment of happiness levels, identification of key influencing dimensions, and understanding of the role of demographic variables and the gap between objective conditions and individual perceptions. Results showed that <strong data-start=\"795\" data-end=\"805\">health<\/strong> is the main driver of happiness, <strong data-start=\"839\" data-end=\"862\">income satisfaction<\/strong> has a greater impact than absolute income, and <strong data-start=\"910\" data-end=\"935\">employment inactivity<\/strong> negatively affects both happiness and mental health.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"990\" data-end=\"1426\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">These findings, together with the dynamic visualization and simulation tools developed \u2014 namely an <strong data-start=\"1089\" data-end=\"1114\">interactive dashboard<\/strong> and a <strong data-start=\"1121\" data-end=\"1150\">variable impact simulator<\/strong> \u2014 provide a solid foundation for more effective local public policies. Its goal is to use data generated in the city to develop analytical solutions that address real-world problems and improve services for residents, workers, and visitors.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"322\" data-end=\"656\">It is a partnership between the Lisbon municipality and various entities, including higher education and scientific research institutions. Data 4 Oeiras Valley\u201d consists of an integrated analytical intervention, in priority thematic areas, such as: mobility; economy; governance; education and participation and citizenship, which meets the local ambition, the apprehension of a &#8220;future vision of a highly qualified territory, intensely attractive for universities and companies&#8221; (Dr. Isaltino Morais), for those who live, study and work, actively participating in its composition.<\/p>\n<p>Strategic Vision \u2013 Develop an integrated strategy in order to provide the Municipality of Oeiras with instruments that allow an intelligent management of the territory. Define the vision of Almada Circular, in 2030, and identify, explore and enhance the strategic and unavoidable role of the Municipality of Almada in the process of transition to that future, capitalizing on:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>the proximity between the Executive (and its services) and the daily needs and concerns of citizens and companies\/organizations based in the municipality;<\/li>\n<li>the management tools that the Chamber has at its disposal (e.g. regulations, fees, public procurement, urban planning, asset management, mobility management, waste and wastewater management, access to innovation financing mechanisms, education);<\/li>\n<li>Almada&#8217;s relationship with neighboring municipalities, as part of the Lisbon metropolitan area and agent of the transition model advocated in Regional Agenda 2.0 for the Circular Economy in the LVT region (CCDR LVT, 2019); global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p>The project aims to develop solutions for the urban ecosystem, seeking to improve the quality of life of citizens in the urban environment, making cities more intelligent and sustainable, in the areas of infrastructure, privacy, security, mobility, governance and energy.<\/p>\n<p>The project aims to investigate, develop and validate, in a real context, a set of technological solutions and innovative services that enhance an integrated, more efficient and effective urban management, and catalyst for innovation and sustainable development through specific contributions to implementation and interoperability urban platforms.<\/p>\n<p>The consortium responsible for implementing the activities comprises 11 companies, namely: EFACEC ENERGIA &#8211; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p>The C-Tech project aims to investigate, develop and validate at a pilot scale a digital platform of smart cities for urban modeling and planning, based on a three-dimensional representation of the city and its combination with several data from different sources (such as climate, energy and water consumption, mobility and above all, user behavior determined by the use of mobile phones), will allow to simulate different scenarios of energy efficiency of buildings, creation of green structures and energy efficiency of urban mobility, empowering local authorities to identify and effectively address specific environmental issues in order to reduce their carbon footprint.<\/p>\n<p>The accomplishment of these objectives is based on the execution of a work plan structured in 9 complementary activities, covering all stages of the product development cycle. The adopted research methodology relates industrial research to experimental development, ensuring continuous validation and integration of feedback.<\/p>\n<p>In line with its complexity and disruption degree, the project is developed by a consortium composed of 5 complementary business and scientific entities, hence covering all critical phases of the value chain. A metodologia de investiga\u00e7\u00e3o adotada relaciona a investiga\u00e7\u00e3o industrial com o desenvolvimento experimental, garantindo a cont\u00ednua valida\u00e7\u00e3o e a integra\u00e7\u00e3o de feedback.<\/p><p>Em linha com a sua complexidade e grau de disrup\u00e7\u00e3o, o projeto \u00e9 desenvolvido por um cons\u00f3rcio composto por 5 entidades complementares, empresariais e cient\u00edficas, cobrindo assim todas as fases cr\u00edticas da cadeia de valor. O MIT participar\u00e1 diretamente no projeto, dotando o cons\u00f3rcio com o conhecimento especializado e a experi\u00eancia consolidada de dois investigadores principais de dois centros de _builder_version=\"4.4.8\"]<\/p><p>O projeto <i>Bee2WasteCrypto<\/i> visa o desenvolvimento de uma ferramenta de TI diferenciadora e intuitiva, que, com base em dados de elevada resolu\u00e7\u00e3o sobre a produ\u00e7\u00e3o de res\u00edduos, permita \u00e0s Entidades Regionais de Gest\u00e3o de Res\u00edduos (RWMUs) desenhar e gerir solu\u00e7\u00f5es descentralizadas \u00f3timas para cada regi\u00e3o, e ainda que promova comportamentos mais sustent\u00e1veis de produ\u00e7\u00e3o e separa\u00e7\u00e3o de res\u00edduos.<\/p><p>Mais concretamente, o projeto apresenta os seguintes objetivos espec\u00edficos:<\/p><ul><li>Proporcionar \u00e0s RWMUs a capacidade de conceber o melhor conjunto de tecnologias a utilizar no contexto do seu funcionamento, nomeadamente em termos da qualidade e quantidade de res\u00edduos gerados e tamb\u00e9m dos materiais a serem produzidos a partir do processamento de res\u00edduos, segundo crit\u00e9rios ambientais e econ\u00f3micos;<\/li><li>Desenvolver um sistema de TI para facilitar os sistemas <i>Pay<\/i><i>-As-<\/i><i>You<\/i><i>-<\/i><i>Throw<\/i> (PAYT), juntamente com o uso de tecnologias blockchain para produzir informa\u00e7\u00f5es confi\u00e1veis que permitam estabelecer \"cr\u00e9ditos de taxa de reciclagem\", analogamente aos cr\u00e9ditos de carbono no setor de energia, baseados no desempenho de cada RWMU em rela\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0s metas nacionais de taxa de reciclagem;<\/li><li>Um <i>Token<\/i>, eventualmente baseado numa \u201ccriptomoeda\u201d, destinado a utilizar as tecnologias Blockchain que remuneram o comportamento individual sustent\u00e1vel ao devolver o lixo para reciclagem ou reutiliza\u00e7\u00e3o, bem como para promover solu\u00e7\u00f5es PAYT.<\/li><\/ul><p>O projeto est\u00e1 alicer\u00e7ado em Ci\u00eancia de Dados, com o objetivo de determinar a melhor combina\u00e7\u00e3o de tecnologias que maximizam a valoriza\u00e7\u00e3o dos res\u00edduos, atrav\u00e9s de estrat\u00e9gias locais, mas de \u00e2mbito global.<\/p><p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][et_pb_row column_structure=\"1_2,1_2\" admin_label=\"Urban Co-creation Data Lab\" _builder_version=\"4.4.7\" collapsed=\"on\"][et_pb_column type=\"1_2\" _builder_version=\"4.4.1\"][et_pb_text admin_label=\"Titulo\" module_class=\"page-title\" _builder_version=\"4.4.7\"]Urban Co-creation Data Lab[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=\"4.4.8\"]<\/p><p>O Connect Europe Facility (CEF) em Telecom \u00e9 um instrumento fundamental da UE para facilitar a intera\u00e7\u00e3o transfronteiri\u00e7a entre administra\u00e7\u00f5es p\u00fablicas, empresas e cidad\u00e3os, atrav\u00e9s da implanta\u00e7\u00e3o de infraestruturas de servi\u00e7os digitais (DSIs) e redes de banda larga.<\/p><p>Os projetos apoiados pelo CEF contribuir\u00e3o para a cria\u00e7\u00e3o de um ecossistema europeu de servi\u00e7os digitais interoper\u00e1veis e interconectados que sustentem o Mercado \u00danico Digital.<\/p><p>Objetivo principal do projeto UCD Lab visa apoiar a tomada de decis\u00e3o no \u00e2mbito do munic\u00edpio, a fim de proporcionar aos cidad\u00e3os servi\u00e7os de alta qualidade nas \u00e1reas de seguran\u00e7a, emerg\u00eancia, gest\u00e3o operacional e planejamento.<\/p><p>A A\u00e7\u00e3o implantar\u00e1 esse apoio em Lisboa e em outras duas cidades a serem definidas no in\u00edcio da A\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p><p>Ao construir as capacidades anal\u00edticas e especificamente servi\u00e7os anal\u00edticos capazes de apoiar a gest\u00e3o, o munic\u00edpio estar\u00e1 em condi\u00e7\u00f5es de responder melhor aos seguintes desafios:<\/p><ul><li>Mobilidade: apoiando novas abordagens de planejamento e gest\u00e3o com novas ferramentas para avaliar impacto e previs\u00e3o de comportamentos;<\/li><li>Gest\u00e3o de res\u00edduos: identificando padr\u00f5es para apoiar a previs\u00e3o da produ\u00e7\u00e3o de res\u00edduos urbanos associados a uma variedade de informa\u00e7\u00f5es de contexto (por exemplo, eventos, situa\u00e7\u00e3o clim\u00e1tica, etc.);<\/li><li>Estacionamento: criando novos modelos para prever ou gerar alternativas vi\u00e1veis para estacionamento ilegal na cidade;<\/li><li>Polui\u00e7\u00e3o: desenvolvendo modelos preditivos para a propaga\u00e7\u00e3o de poluentes l\u00edquidos e gera\u00e7\u00e3o de intelig\u00eancia na gest\u00e3o do territ\u00f3rio nacional para, posteriormente, e de forma a demonstrar em termos pr\u00e1ticos as conclus\u00f5es do estudo, ser desenvolvido um prot\u00f3tipo de PGI para demonstra\u00e7\u00e3o, apoiado em modelos anal\u00edticos, que possibilite a integra\u00e7\u00e3o e tratamento de dados e informa\u00e7\u00e3o fundamental para a implementa\u00e7\u00e3o de estrat\u00e9gias inteligentes de gest\u00e3o municipal.<\/p><p>Este prot\u00f3tipo tem como objetivo comprovar as vantagens do desenvolvimento das mesmas atrav\u00e9s da
