On 18 December, NOVA IMS will host the final event of the PRR +VALORCER project, under the theme Sustainability with Value: recognising and strengthening national cereal production.

The event, taking place at the INE Auditorium, invites the community to discuss how sustainability, traceability and good agricultural practices can contribute to strengthening the value of national cereal production. It will also be an opportunity to reflect on the project’s main results and on the next steps for the sector.

The +VALORCER project, funded by the Recovery and Resilience Plan (PRR), aims to improve the performance of grain producers, promote sustainable practices and reinforce consumer trust through a blockchain-based traceability platform, applied research and management support.

NOVA IMS is one of the partners of this project and, through its Blockchain Laboratory, is responsible for assessing the current landscape and developing technological solutions that support the sector’s ongoing transformation.
